Peak Season Rates: (non Holiday)
- June 1st – Sept 30th, and Dec 1st – Mar 31st
- $500 per night
- Three nights minimum.
Non-Peak Rates:
- Oct 1st – Nov 30th, and April 1st – May 31st.
- $400 per night
- Two nights minimum.
Holiday Rates:
- $600 per night, three nights minimum: Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
- $600 per night, five nights minimum: Christmas, New Years

Long-Term Rental:
- Discounted monthly or annual rates available.
Boat Slip:
- $300/week.
- Weekend, seasonal also available.
